What is Included?

• Meeting 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding to run through a comprehensive wedding day handover.

• Contact with your suppliers to ensure all is as you planned.

• Liaison with your venue & suppliers on your behalf arranging ‘on the day’ schedules for them all.

• Helping you create of a comprehensive timeline of your day

• Meeting all suppliers on the day for set up, ensuring they are there on time and know where they need to be.

• Coordination of order of events

• Full assistance to the couple and guests arriving.

• Assistance with set up, decoration and transitions

• Presence for up to 8 hours on the wedding day.

• Support at the end of the phone, Whatsapp, or email whenever you need it.

• Each couple is different and we adapt our service to your needs and requirements.
