We begin your experience with a free consultation with our Founder, Freeda, who will listen to your ideas while crafting them into something tangible, ready to be enjoyed on the day itself. From your flower choices (inclusive of Fresh, Silk and Dried) to colour schemes, we’ll nurture your ideas, allowing them to flourish into a detailed floral design concept while unveiling the possibilities that flowers can offer. The Floral Decor experience promises an unparalleled service, premium-quality flowers and impeccable attention-to-detail.

Our services cover the entirety of your wedding, from bridal party flowers (bouquets, buttonholes, corsages etc.) through to the styling elements of your wedding venue (archways, centerpieces, backdrops and more). We also provide fresh, silk and dried flower arrangements for engagement celebrations, private dinner parties and corporate occasions.

Our Process
STEP 1: ENQUIRE & CONSULTATION
We welcome you to enquire with Freeda, who will be in touch to book a complimentary call where your floral visions will come to life, one petal at a time. This is the perfect opportunity to explore flower choices, colour palettes, styles and priorities. You can download our pricing guide, inclusive of set-up, delivery, takedown and VAT.
STEP 2: FLORAL PROPOSAL & BOOKING
Following your initial consultation with Freeda, we will carefully curate a tailored proposal along with an itemised quote that considers all your preferences, requirements and budget. Should you wish to book, we’ll send you our T&Cs, accompanied by a 20% non-refundable deposit that will secure your date in our diaries.
STEP 3: THE FINAL DETAILS
Around six weeks prior to your wedding, we’ll book in a meeting to confirm the finer floral details with you. In the lead-up to the big day, you can relax knowing the expertise of our team will be there to set-up prior to the occasion, as well as offering take-down.
As part of your experience with The Floral Decor, you will enjoy supplier suggestions, set-up and styling on the day of the wedding (including our own items, your décor and any other supplier products), not to mention collection of décor and flowers.
Should you prefer to leave your wedding flowers, we find it a privilege to be able to transport our arrangements to charities, hospitals and hospices so they can be further enjoyed.
