Our Booking Process | London Wedding Florist

Recognised as one of London’s leading wedding florists, our team at The Floral Decor have garnered an illustrious reputation for elevating weddings and events through the beauty of flowers. Underpinned by a passion for floral artistry, The Floral Decor was founded by Freeda in 2019 and our team have since worked with couples across the Capital and beyond to curate flowers from the heart.

When hiring a florist for your wedding, the booking process can be confusing. This is especially true because all businesses have a different booking process.

We are here to help make sure everything runs smoothly and all of your questions are answered. Our mission is to provide remarkable floral and event design by curating distinctive, sophisticated events from a single inspiration.

Each service we offer is customized to fit your needs and each design is completely custom. We look forward to bringing your vision to life! We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and communication while maintaining the top of the line in design practices and services.

Here is our booking process from inquiry to walking down the aisle!

  • You will meet with Freeda! During our virtual consultation, she will go over all of your design choices and ideas, break down your needs and wants, and discuss how to best serve you.

  • How to prepare for our meeting: To make the most out of your initial consultation: come prepared with a general color palette, budget range, rough quantities of items on your wish list, and a Pinterest board if you have one. This will allow us to provide a vision board and an itemised quote which we will send to you within a week of the consultation.. The details can always be determined after you have more time to plan.

  • We will do a soft hold on your date for 14 days. Within 14 days,we kindly request for you to decide whether or not to secure our floral services with a 20%deposit and a signed contract. The deposit is applied in full to your entire invoice with us.If you need more time to decide, please let us know. However, we cannot guarantee the date will be available.

  • Once we receive the deposit and signed contract, you can modify your proposal until you are happy with the end product at which time.

  • We welcome you to contact us for any reason via whatsapp or email once you've booked with us!

  • Any floral design changes can be made up to 30 days before your event.

  • Any quantity changes can be made up to 30 days before your event

  • Final payment is due 7 days prior.

  • 4-6 Weeks before the big day, we will schedule a virtual meeting with you to go through the finer details of the day.

  • Prior to the meeting, we will ask you to complete a short form to gather some more details on the day.

  • On the call, we will talk through any changes or additions and answer any questions you have.

  • Following the meeting, we will email you with a summary of our vhat, an updated vision board and quote, if required.

  • Enjoy yourself!

  • We will handle all the details on our florals and liaise with the venue contacts.

  • We will personally deliver your bouquets, buttonholes etc first and give you some tips on how to hold/look after them.
