What To Expect
Our team will arrive onsite well before your guests, greeting & supporting supplier & troubleshooting, if it's required. We will be the point of contact for suppliers on the day - from caterers, photographers, celebrants, florists, and cake makers, to entertainment and transport.
We will ensure the table plan is perfected, that your wedding schedule runs on time and support with all the bits in-between!

From working on a variety of weddings, I noticed it was RARE to find a coordinator that could prioritise the practical but also bring the pretty. Somebody focused on the nitty-gritty and logistics who could still deliver the big creative ideas. A person who was down to earth and approachable that we could trust would always have our best interests at heart.

The Process
Our prices are prices are calculated fairly and transparently. We will put together a detailed proposal, taking into consideration the time, the size & complexity of your wedding, and the team members needed to deliver coordination successfully.
A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking. With the remainder due 4 weeks before the big day! We are pleased to accept installments.

Being a wedding supplier ourselves, we know the ins & outs of what goes on behind the scenes & how to troubleshoot effectively.
We've worked on countless weddings & events as florists as well as coordinators and planners so we really know our stuff. Most of our coordinators are dual trained as luxury event florists or stylists so we are expertly placed to put together those final touches, set up decor and tablescapes. We are so lucky to have coordinated weddings for countless couples as well as brands such as Dior, Natural History Museum and JP Morgan.
